By downloading, installing, or using BananaPlayer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BananaPlayer is a media player application that allows you to play content from M3U/M3U8 playlists and Xtream-compatible servers. The App is a player only — it does not provide, host, stream, or distribute any media content.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

The content you access through the App
Ensuring you have the legal right to access any content you play
The playlist URLs and server credentials you enter into the App
Compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

4. Content Disclaimer

BananaPlayer does not provide, curate, endorse, or have any control over the content accessed through the App. We are not responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, or availability of any third-party content. The App merely provides the technical means to play media from sources you specify.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Benjamin Naro. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

BananaPlayer may offer subscription plans for premium features. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Standard EULA. Subscription management and cancellation is handled through your Apple ID settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all content sources. Stream quality and availability depend entirely on your content provider and internet connection.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Benjamin Naro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages related to third-party content accessed through the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to remove the App from the App Store or discontinue the service at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts.
