🔒 BananaPlayer collects zero data. Period.
BananaPlayer ("the App") is developed by Benjamin Naro. This privacy policy explains how we handle your information — the short version is: we don't collect any.
BananaPlayer does not:
All app data — including your playlists, favorites, viewing history, and settings — is stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or anyone else.
BananaPlayer connects to third-party servers only when you provide a playlist URL (M3U/M3U8) or Xtream server credentials. These connections are initiated by you and go directly from your device to the server you specified.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, availability, or privacy practices of these third-party services. You are solely responsible for the content you access through the App.
BananaPlayer is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect certain data as described in Apple's Privacy Policy. This is outside our control.
If you purchase a subscription, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID data.
BananaPlayer does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13. Since we collect no data at all, there is nothing to address under COPPA or similar regulations.
If we ever change this privacy policy, we will update this page and note the revision date above. Given that we collect zero data, significant changes are unlikely.
